Custom Products Return Policy
Since our products are custom-made metal labels designed and produced according to each client’s specifications, we follow a contract provided to you after your order is placed. This contract outlines all design and production requirements. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for non-quality related issues.

Return Process
If your order is damaged during transit or has a quality-related issue, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your product (email: sales.jess@hechengtechnology.com). Upon confirming your return request, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return address and specific guidelines.

Please note that products sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find any damage, defect, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom Products: All Hechengtech custom metal labels cannot be returned for non-quality issues.
Special Orders: Products made to meet specific client requirements or customized designs are also non-returnable due to their unique specifications.
